Shipping policy

Orders ship from our fulfillment center in Marysville, Ohio, within 3–10 business days of payment. Shipping costs and transit times are shown at checkout.

Processing Time

• In-stock orders ship within 3–10 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Large, custom, or made-to-order quantities may need more time. We will confirm the ship date by email.

Domestic Shipping

• We ship to all 50 U.S. states. Rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
• Orders over 20 kg or palletized orders ship by freight. Contact ops@voltagevessels.com for a freight quote before ordering.

International Shipping

• International orders are quoted individually. Contact ops@voltagevessels.com with the destination and quantity.
• The buyer is responsible for all duties, taxes, customs fees, and import permits.
• Some destinations or end uses may require export review before we can ship. See Export Compliance in our Terms of Service.

Tracking and Delivery

• You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
• Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the shipment. We will help you file a claim if a shipment is lost or damaged.
• Report damage within 7 days of delivery, as described in our Refund & Return Policy.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or extra charges caused by an incorrect address.
